Full member

  • A recognized individual show cave or a national or multinational show cave organization, which is recommended by a full member and approved by the Board of Directors, may be accepted as a Full Member.

Associated member

  • An organization, or individual, interested in matters pertaining to show caves, which is recommended by a full member and approved by the Board of Directors, may be accepted as an Associate Member.

Honorary member

  • An honorary membership may be awarded by the Board of Directors to an individual who is no longer active in the operation of a show cave in recognition of outstanding service to the organization and the international show cave industry. Honorary membership is for life and non-dues paying. Honorary Members may attend and participate in all sessions but do not have a vote.

Tourism and Karst Areas - Special Issue - Call for Papers

Tourism and Karst Areas - Special Issue: Geoparks and other approaches for territorial management and tourism in karst areas. The Tourism and Karst Areas Journal (ISSN 1983-473X) is a peer reviewed, scientific and technical journal published by Brazilian Speleological Society since 2008. The Journal publishes articles, reports, technical, theoretical and book reviews, case studies and other relative papers that contribute to the field of planning and management of the tourism, with special emphasis in karst areas or related to the physical environment.
